Seva Sindhu Karnataka-The Government of Karnataka has launched a scheme called Seva Sindhu Karnataka to deliver government services at the door-step of the state’s citizens. The state government has linked the Karnataka Seva Sindhu  initiative with various citizen delivery service channels in Karnataka like Bangalore One, CSC Centers, Karnataka One, Atalji Janasnehi Kendra and Bapuji Kendras, etc.

The state government’s main objective behind the introduction of Seva Sindhu is to bring various departmental services provided by the state government on a single platform. The Seva Sindhu Karnataka scheme’s main objective is to provide cashless, faceless, and paperless government services to the state’s citizens. There is a move to make government schemes accessible to the public in an accessible, cost-effective, accountable, and transparent manner to the state’s citizens.

Under the Seva Sindhu Karnataka scheme, the state government provides hassle-free service to the citizens in a minimum time. Services are being provided to the state government’s citizens in a very minimal effort. Seva Sindhu is a citizen service portal or facility provided by the state government to the citizens, where the state government provides all services and information in one place. The State Government has established the Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal to implement the Karnataka Seva Sindu  scheme. The Seva Sindhu scheme has been launched under the e-District Mission Mode Project (MMP) of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India.

Any person can benefit from the Seva Sindhu Karnataka scheme online using the Internet from anywhere or through distribution centers set up at district/taluk / sub-divisional / village level.   • First of all, visit the official website of Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal. The official website home page will open.
  • The option of “Disbursement of Case Relief to Auto-Rickshaw Drivers & Taxi Drivers for COVID-19” will appear on the home page. Click on this option.
  • The application form will open on your screen. Fill in the information sought in the application form, such as your name, father/husband name, date of birth, gender, caste, Aadhaar no, mobile no, driving license details, transport you run, and other information.
  • After this, upload the required documents and read the declaration statement thoroughly and check after filling the application form.
  • Fill in the given captcha code in the provided field. Click on the submit button. Once your application form is approved on the Karnataka Seva Sindhu portal, a unique application number will be generated, which is kept with you for reference.

If anyone wants to register on the Seva Sindhu Karnataka portal, follow the steps given below.

  • First of all, visit the official website of Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal. The official website home page will open.
  • An option of “New Users Registration Here” will appear on the home page. Click on this New Users Registration Here option.
  • A new page will open where click on the option of “New User Register Here.” Clicking on the New User Register will be redirected to the Digilocker Page.
  • Fill in your 16 digit Aadhaar number on the DG Locker page and click on the Next button. A one-time password will be received on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar number.
  • Fill in the 6-digit one-time password received on the registered mobile in the field provided and click on the Continue button.
  • Click on the Allow button to redirect to the Seva Sindhu Karnataka page. The registration form will open on your screen.
  • In the registration form, fill Email Address, Mobile Number in the given column and set your password.
  • Fill the given captcha code in the given column and click on the submit button. Click on the OK button on the verification pop-up box.
  • Fill in the OTP number received on your mobile in the given column and click on the Validate button to validate the OTP.

  • An option of “Track Your Application Status” will appear in the Navigation Menu on the home page. Click on this Track Your Application Status option.
  • A new page will open, where two options to track application (i) Through Application Reference Number (ii) Through OTP / Application Details will appear. Select one of the options.
  • If you have selected Through Application Reference Number, fill in the Application Reference Number fields.
  • Select one of the Application Submission Date or Application Delivery Date and fill it in the relevant column.
  • If you have selected Through OTP / Application Details, then choose the service to which you have submitted the application form from the drop-down list.
  • Fill in the given captcha code in the appropriate field and click on the submit button.
  • Choose one of the Through OTP / Application Details. If you have selected Through OTP, fill in your mobile number and click on the Get OTP button. Fill in the OTP received on the registered mobile in the given field and submit it.
  • If you have selected Application Details, fill in the application details in the given field and submit it. The application status will be displayed on the screen by ‘Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal; based on your information.

  • First of all, visit the official website of Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal. The official website home page will open.
  • An option of “Report Dashboard” will appear in the Navigation Menu on the home page. Click on this Report Dashboard option.
  • Department wise list of ‘Overall Services Usage Report’ will open. This report can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format. To Download the overall services usage report, click on the Export PDF / Export Excel Button.
  • To see the overall services Usage Report of a particular department, click on that department’s name or link. For example, if someone wants to see the Department of Labor report, then click on the Department of Labor.
  • The report of all the concerned department’s services will be displayed on the screen. If you want to get the report of a particular service, then click on the link for that service.
  • The related service usage report will be displayed on your screen by Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal.
  • Suppose you want to see different reports from the drop-down list of reports in the Navigation Menu. In that case, Report Types (i) Pendency Timeline Reports (ii) Service Usage Report, Monthly Progressive Report (iv) Progressive Report (v) Overall Services Choose one of the Usages Reports.

If anyone wants to apply online for Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Ration card through the Karnataka Seva Sindhu  portal, follow the steps given below.

  • First of all, visit the official website of Seva Sindhu Karnataka Portal. The official website home page will open.
  • The option of “Application for Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Ration card” will appear on the home page. Click on this Application for Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Ration Card option.
  • On clicking, you will be redirected to the page for Application for Family ID / New NPHH (APL) Card on the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department portal.
  • Select the Type of Card from the drop-down list in the application form. In the Members Details, fill the Name, DOB, Gender, Age, Mobile No., Aadhaar No., Pincode, etc., one by one and upload the photo to the members.
  • To add new Family Members, click on Add Family Member’s Tab. Addresses should be filled in English & Kannada.
  • Select Fields Ration Card Address, FPD Shop, Address, District, Taluk, Family Head from the drop-down list given the applicant area address details.
  • After this, Fill in the other details, Read the declaration carefully and Check the I Agree box.
