  • First of all, visit the official website of e-Rekha Kerala Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.
  • File Search option will appear on the home page. Click on the File Search option. A new page of Search in Survey Records will open. Where Old Survey Records, Re-survey Records & District Maps options will appear.
  • Click on Resurvey Records option. The form of Search in Resurvey Records will open.
  • After this, choose one of the Types of Map (i) FMB (ii) Block Map (iii) Supply FMB.
  • Choose one of the options of Type of Register (i) LR (ii) BTR (iii) Correlation (iv) TPR (v) Area Register etc.
  • Select the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number etc. from the Drop Down List and fill the Survey Number in the Survey Number Column.

  • Verify the details, Fee to download the documents will appear on the screen. Click on the Continue button. Verify all the filled information thoroughly and save the Transaction Number for future reference.
